For our marketing department, we are looking for a Digital Activation Manager DACH in the area TENA to support our team as soon as possible, limited for 2 years either in Hamburg or Mannheim.
Your RoleYou lead local B2C and B2B digital TENA activation campaigns for the DACH markets.
You are responsible for the always-on social media approach, page management, and digital infrastructure like landing pages and website.
You lead the local TENA B2C loyalty email program for DE and AT, in close cooperation with your colleagues in BENE.
You lead the planning and execution of non-digital brand communication such as print and PR.
You are responsible for the overall TENA DACH digital budget and performance.
You work closely with the TENA Brand and Activation Managers in DACH to improve a full digital funnel approach, leveraging other global and local teams for necessary input.
You partner with our global department on local market SEO and SEA strategy and execution.

Ability to develop innovative marketing approaches and enthusiastically capture the attention of the B2C/B2B target audience (for example, CGRs, pharmacies, etc.).
Effective verbal and written communication with internal teams and external partners.
Advanced knowledge of digital and offline communication in B2C/B2B contexts.
Experience in social media and campaign management.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills as well as analytical and conceptual skills.
Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
