Our department is looking for a VIE Digitalization Production System Engineer for 12 months within the team to support the development of the future of the factory. There are 3 types of industries: electronics, plastic injection & final assembly. It is a great opportunity to perform and learn!

Your challenges?

• You are responsible for the development and implementation of industry 4.0 tools.
• You participate in production efficiency improvement.
• You support lean manufacturing standard implementation.
• You manage digitalization in production, implementing automatic indicators.
• You handle digital document management and manage production planning.
• You do the implementation part on standard tools.
• You participate in improvement projects, series management, and training at the production level.

Let’s Talk About You…

• You are graduated from an Engineering degree with an industrial background.
• Ideally, you already have experience in production or the industrial field.
• Ideally, you have experience in digitalization.
• You have some knowledge of VBA Excel programming; Java programming is a plus.
• You have a fluent level of English.
• Intermediate German is recommended/appreciated, or you have an interest in learning German.
• You have good communication skills, an international mindset, and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking.
• You are humble, a good listener, have a positive attitude, are professional, and possess a sense of diplomacy.
