Manufacturing Engineer - STV MTM UAS Calculations all gender

• use MTMUAS methodology to assess and improve assembly and machining processes on the shopfloor in Augsburg ensuring efficiency and standardization
• utilize SAP TiCon to document and evaluate process times, identify inefficiencies and propose optimizations
• work closely with assembly line operators, machine operators and supervisors to implement process improvements and ensure smooth workflow execution
• read and analyze technical drawings to define optimal work sequences and ensure precise execution of assembly and machining tasks.
• provide clear documentation, reports, and presentations on time study results and process optimizations while effectively communicating with different departments

Qualifications :

• have completed engineering degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering or comparable studies with a focus on process optimization, time studies and efficiency improvements
• have relevant work experience, ideally in the aerospace industry
• MTMUAS Certification (Praktiker Blaue Karte): proven expertise in Methodtime Measurement for analysing manual work processes
• speak fluent English and German
