Manufacturing Controller

An internationally active company specializing in innovative solutions within the manufacturing and medical technology sector is strengthening its financial and performance management team. Due to continuous growth and the global expansion of production sites, we are seeking an experienced specialist to contribute to the economic efficiency of manufacturing processes through in-depth analyses and targeted control measures.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational controlling for production areas, including the preparation of monthly financial statements and calculation bases for product and order costing
• Conduct variance analyses between planned and actual values, particularly regarding production costs, inventory levels, and customer or manufacturing orders
• Organize and lead regular performance review meetings with production management
• Coordinate and support the preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with relevant departments
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to assess site-specific topics and derive action recommendations
• Develop and refine controlling methods, particularly in investment controlling and cost/performance accounting
• Participate in strategic projects such as the implementation of new ERP systems (e.g., S/4HANA), enhancement of performance management, and establishment of controlling structures at new international production sites

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Controlling (University, FH, HF)
• Extensive experience in controlling within a manufacturing company, ideally focusing on production and plant controlling
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Communicative and assertive personality with strong teamwork skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP FI/CO/PP/MM
• Excellent verbal and written German and English skills
