Position Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to join their TMT sector coverage team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology services or software, with a proven track record of success in managing and leading high-performing teams. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence in the TMT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the TMT division, overseeing all aspects of client engagements and transactions.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and insights.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the TMT sector.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure the firm remains competitive.
6. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience in the TMT sector, with a focus on technology services or software.
2. Proven track record of success in investment banking or a related field.
3. Fee Generation Experience: 2 million +
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
7. Fluency in English and German.
