Our highly regarded and very well-known global clients are currently extending their German offering within Life Sciences and pharma and are seeking experienced consultants to assist with the shaping and growth of their practice within R&D and Ops. The role will provide successful candidates with autonomy in the workplace with the backing of an exceptionally talented and highly experienced team of industry experts.

The role

• To assist with the growth of the practice within Europe
• To deliver exceptional advisory to clients whilst assisting with the acquisition of new projects
• To focus on any of these topics: commercial R&D, operational R&D, digitisation and transformation, supply chain, commercial strategy
• To assist with the management of less experienced team members
• To ensure your industry awareness is maximised for the benefit of clients

Your Profile

• A minimum of 5 years consulting experience or 3-4 years with a spell in industry
• A fascination for the pharma and HC space
• A willingness to be involved in the growth and management of a busy and successful practice
• Focus on R&D, Ops, Commercial
• Excellent educational background within a scientific capacity
• Fluency in English essential, German helpful but not essential
