Manager Order Fulfillment DGS (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Schedule controlling and monitoring from the engineering phase as well as the production and assembly progress of customer-specific sealing solutions.

• Organization and support of customer acceptance tests (3rd party inspection, etc.).

• Prioritizing orders together with all stakeholders.

• Close cooperation with all specialist departments (Sales, TSS, Engineering/OEE, Q-Planning, Planning and Production/Assembly, etc.).

• Coordination and evaluation of technical changes and changes to the scope of delivery.

• Coordination of the required technical documents and timely transmission to the customer.

• Preparation of time and project plans (reporting).

• Further development and improvement of the order processing procedure.

• Ensuring timely delivery to the customer.

Qualifications:

• Completed technical studies or completed technical training (e.g., industrial mechanic) with further training as a mechanical engineering technician / industrial foreman.

• Experience in technical project management.

• Strong communication skills and business fluent in German and English.

• Good technical understanding.

• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Project).

• Independent, conscientious, structured way of working and confident demeanor.

• Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, reliability, ability to work under pressure.

• Experience in the mechanical seal sector (preferably DGS) desirable.
