Schedule controlling and monitoring from the engineering phase as well as the production and assembly progress of customer-specific sealing solutions.
Organization and support of customer acceptance tests (3rd party inspection, etc.).
Prioritizing orders together with all stakeholders.
Close cooperation with all specialist departments (Sales, TSS, Engineering/OEE, Q-Planning, Planning and Production/Assembly, etc.).
Coordination and evaluation of technical changes and changes to the scope of delivery.
Coordination of the required technical documents and timely transmission to the customer.
Preparation of time and project plans (reporting).
Further development and improvement of the order processing procedure.
Ensuring timely delivery to the customer.
Completed technical studies or completed technical training (e.g., industrial mechanic) with further training as a mechanical engineering technician / industrial foreman.
Experience in technical project management.
Strong communication skills and business fluent in German and English.
Good technical understanding.
Knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Project).
Independent, conscientious, structured way of working and confident demeanor.
Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, reliability, ability to work under pressure.
Experience in the mechanical seal sector (preferably DGS) desirable.
