Your tasks:

1. Management of the Industrial Engineering team
2. Responsibility in various plants for the transfer of operating equipment requirements, through to the handover of systems to internal customers
3. Responsible for the budget and resource management of the division
4. Responsible for creating and defining production, line and system concepts as well as specifications for the systems
5. Conducting technical negotiations with system suppliers
6. Supporting the creation and ramp-up maintenance of process FMEAs and implementing defined measures
7. Responsibility for interdisciplinary design support (product, process, plant engineering) as well as series start-up support and the definition of acceptance criteria
8. Finding solutions for the commissioning of start-up processes in collaboration with suppliers and production

Your profile:

1. Completed diploma or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study
2. Disciplinary management experience, as well as sound specialist knowledge in the field of machine supplier management, specifications, design approvals, machine approvals and capability certificates
3. Experience in planning and commissioning support for production systems (manual, semi-automatic & automatic)
4. Strong communication skills, flexibility and confident charisma as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality
5. Business fluent in German and English
6. Knowledge of project management
