For our production site in Lindau on Lake Constance, we are now looking for a
HR Manager (m/w/d)
We look for a passionate HR Manager able to
– give HR guidance to our Management team
– ensure compliance with labor law, tax and social security regulations
– cooperate with the works council
– negotiate during collective and individual agreements
– manage the recruiting process, from the job profile definition to the onboarding phase of the new hire
– manage all the people development process like succession planning process, performance management process, competency modelling process and others
– provide formal training to the emerging leaders on soft skills
– work in a matrix organization
– work in a multinational team and report to non-German managers
– understand the HR-related financials, including the ability to build and manage the HC budget
– regularly report HR KPIs to the group
