The Manager Group Strategy (m/w/d) drives profitable growth and value creation based on strategy development, planning, and execution across the organization.
What We Need to Do:
Management of strategy projects with focus on adjacent growth markets.
Coordination of the annual strategy process (strategic analysis, strategic and financial 3-year plan, execution plan) for Business Areas without dedicated strategy team.
Selective support of growth and performance programs with major impact on Group value creation.
Selective support of M&A and post-merger integration projects.
The role reports directly to the SVP Strategy and M&A of the Saferoad Group.
Moreover, the Manager Group Strategy closely collaborates with the CFO and the further Group finance team, as well as the heads and further key personnel of the Business Areas.
Your Profile:
At least 1-2 years of management consulting experience with relevant project focus (e.g. growth strategy development, commercial due diligence, strategy implementation, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Very good academic record with at least a 4-year bachelor or master degree or equivalent education.
Business fluent in English.
Experience in the road infrastructure industry and/or related value chain players (e.g. construction companies, public and private road operators, etc.).
Experience with infrastructure project business models.
Experience in steel processing industries.
Strategy project management skills with effective end-to-end planning and deliverable focus independent of initially available information.
Communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across various functions and organizational levels.
Market analysis skills (e.g. sizing, customer and competitor analysis, etc.).
Financial modeling skills (e.g. business plans, initiative impact estimates, etc.).
Language skills in either Norwegian, German, Polish, or Swedish.
