Your Talent
- Demonstrated experience in quantitative research and methodologies, statistical proficiency and ability to integrate data sources with 3-5 years of working experience on client or agency side.
- Strong project management skills, able to contribute effectively to strategic projects and initiatives.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, enabling clear communication of insights and recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, showcasing adaptability and efficiency.
- Solid understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, always seeking opportunities to enhance consumer understanding.
- Ability to contribute to the implementation and integration of consumer insights throughout the organization.
Your Mission
- Manage ad-hoc quantitative research to optimize product and portfolio decisions.
- Take over the day-to-day management of the PUMA brand tracking and integrate tracking data with other data sources (Marketing Analytics Data, Market Data) for more actionability.
- Be in contact with Business Units and Regions to ensure data is effectively integrated into their decision-making process.
- Optimize the methodological approaches used for quantitative data collection at PUMA and actively propose solutions to increase quality.
