YOUR ROLE

• Experienced senior manager (d/f/m) that contributes to shaping Adhesive Technologies’ strategy for sustainability by further accelerating circular materials with special focus on raw materials.
• The special focus is on developing & executing a circularity strategy for our materials and demonstrating thought leadership.
• Responsible for developing a circularity baseline centering around renewable carbon, setting circularity targets, and developing roadmaps & progress reporting along our technologies in conjunction with Purchasing & our business.
• Responsible for strategic evaluation & selection of internal and external supply chain certification systems such as mass-balance certification.
• Proactively engage with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to shape future circular value chains.
• Represent Henkel and advocate externally at association or industry initiatives, at customers, as well as in internal bodies - to improve our sustainability expertise, performance, and reputation.
