Vielfältige Aufgaben
We are currently looking for a Manager Business Process Monitoring who ensures that IT operations run smoothly, service disruptions are minimized, and the organization’s IT infrastructure supports its business objectives effectively. Your tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of business process and IT service monitoring using the EnBW frameworks.
- Develop, configure, and manage alarm systems for 24/7 operations.
- Provide expert consulting on the use of EnBW frameworks for monitoring and business process optimization.
- Oversee the technical administration, maintenance, and user management of the monitoring platform.
- Create and maintain a monitoring catalogue that details existing monitors.
- Collect, analyse, and report on key business process metrics.
- Implement security monitoring within the EnBW environment.
Überzeugendes Profil
Who are we looking for? Someone who’s passionate about bringing Trading IT services back to life in the event of fault and to provide operational services within the highly complex technical world of Energy Trading. If you have proven experience in the following domains, we should get to know each other:
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics or related field.
- Develop and implement long-term IT monitoring strategies.
- Proficient in using monitoring solutions like DataDog or Nagios.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Skilled in data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Experienced in setting up and managing monitoring and alerting systems.
- Well-versed in security monitoring tools and practices.
- Skilled in interpreting monitoring data to provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in conducting impact analyses and managing risks.
- Knowledge about commodity and energy trading is a plus.
- Language Skills: English (mandatory), German is a plus.
