Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Strategic Support: Close collaboration with management, supporting the planning, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Project Management: Management and coordination of key, high-priority projects, including milestone monitoring and reporting.
  • Information Management: Preparation, analysis, and provision of decision-relevant information to management.
  • Communication and Interface Management: Support in internal and external communication, acting as a link between management and other departments or partners.
  • Appointment and Priority Management: Organization and monitoring of the management calendar, prioritizing appointments and tasks, including travel bookings/expense management and administrative activities.
  • Office Management: First point of contact for all relevant issues in day-to-day office life.
  • Event Planning: Key role in organizing company events in collaboration with the HR team.
