Communication and Interface Management: Support in internal and external communication, acting as a link between management and other departments or partners.
Appointment and Priority Management: Organization and monitoring of the management calendar, prioritizing appointments and tasks, including travel bookings/expense management and administrative activities.
Office Management: First point of contact for all relevant issues in day-to-day office life.
Event Planning: Key role in organizing company events in collaboration with the HR team.
