Maintenance Technician (f/m/d)

• Repairs, servicing and maintenance work on machines and systems for the Division Components / Stamping Facility Weinheim (both electrical and mechanical)

• Install, maintain, improve and repair equipment, plant, services and building installations to set levels effectively in compliance with best practices ensuring production efficiency can be met within a safe well-presented facility

• Identification of faults and independent systematic troubleshooting including documentation and the respective spare parts order

• Preventive maintenance and inspection with minimal downtime to production

• Implementation of special maintenance measures and technical improvements

• Successful apprenticeship in the field of mechatronics or a comparable qualification

• Good knowledge in the field of control technology (Simatic S7, TIA, pneumatics and hydraulics)

• Expertise in the field of industrial safety regulations and safe operation of electrical systems in accordance with DIN VDE 0105-100

• Forklift and work platform driving license is an advantage

• Welding knowledge is an advantage

• Willingness to work in shifts, work on Saturdays and on-call duty for exceptional situations

• Flexibility, commitment and independent way of working

• Enjoy working in a team

• Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP)

• Good German and English language skills
