Job Description: We are seeking a talented and driven Machine Learning Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leveraging machine learning techniques to enhance our research and development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve complex problems in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology domains.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, biologists, and chemists, to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
3. Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
4. Maintain and improve existing machine learning models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
5. Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and their applications in the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and data analysis.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
4. Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
5. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
7. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Availability to work onsite in Stuttgart for 2 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
2. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
