Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Machine Learning Engineer to lead our data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires someone with a balance of analytical skills, strategic foresight, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. The Machine Learning Engineer will be instrumental in designing and implementing data strategies that enhance business growth, optimize operations, and foster an inclusive environment of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement both cutting-edge and well-established machine learning methods for content analysis, data retrieval, content classification, and others with a focus on NLP and LLM-related applications.
• Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools.
• Develop machine learning applications according to requirements.
• Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks.
• Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results.
• Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods.
• Write robust code in Python, Java, and R.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Fluency in the German language (C1 level) is required.
