M&A and Partnership Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Strategy team to build, foster and maintain a mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships/alliances/joint ventures strategy aligned with the P2030 vision to support business growth and long-term goals.
Execution of Inorganic Growth Initiatives: Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of Hager Group’s inorganic growth strategies, including chairing the Group M&A and Partnership Committee.
Target Identification and Assessment: Research, identify, and evaluate potential acquisition, divestment, and partnership opportunities by building and maintaining strong industry relationships for deal sourcing.
Deal Management and Negotiation: Oversee due diligence processes with cross-functional teams, negotiate deal terms, and work closely with external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Integration and Value Creation: Develop and implement post-deal integration plans, monitor performance against success metrics, and address any operational or cultural challenges to ensure long-term value creation and strengthen strategic partnerships.
Profile description:
What about you?
Master’s degree or equivalent (business, engineering, physics, mathematics, etc.)
Minimum 10 years of experience in M&A and Strategy domains, with international exposure, preferably in a similar industrial company or top-tier management consulting.
Proven team leadership, coaching, and management experience
Strong project management, capability to embark, proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., design thinking, hypothesis, issue tree) and frameworks (e.g., SWOT, 3S, Porter).
Excellent communication skills to engage with top management and fluency in English
