Summary

For the department “Logistics Management,” we are looking for a “Logistics Planner Logistics Management (f/m/d)” at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The Logistics Management department is functionally responsible for the global logistics planning team and providing guidance and leadership to ensure the successful execution of logistics planning processes including negotiation with the logistics provider for HENSOLDT.

Your Tasks

• Design and implement logistics concepts and processes in the dimensions of information flow, material flow, and organization, and support them after rollout.
• Support SAP/non-SAP key users in customizing, testing, and rollouts as a business expert.
• Design and monitor global, harmonized, and standardized logistics processes, taking end-to-end processes into account.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (including logistics service providers).
• Analyze deviations and continuously develop and improve implemented logistics processes.
• Implement new software solutions.
• Manage cross-location sub-projects.
• Define, collect, and monitor key logistics figures and initiate countermeasures in the event of deviations.
• Collaborate in HENSOLDT transformation projects.

Willingness to travel to HENSOLDT locations and logistics partners is required.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in economics, logistics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or comparable training.
• Professional experience in a manufacturing company and experience in logistics planning.
• Knowledge of SAP modules, particularly in the area of materials management and logistics execution (EWM).
• Experience in project management (e.g., Scrum) is an advantage.
• High process orientation and affinity for KPI-based evaluations.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Analytical thinking, independent, structured, and efficient way of working.
• Business fluent in German and good English skills.
