Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, you will provide support in operational tasks as follows:

1. Perform the checking process related to reception and shipment of investigational diagnostic kits, devices, clinical material supplies, CRFs, etc.
2. Prepare and label the boxes with materials in accordance with WC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under the close supervision of the Depot Pharmacist or Facility Logistics Manager.
3. Perform activities on the Operative System related to inbound, outbound, and return processes to update information and document attachments.

Your profile

1. Relevant experience in warehouse is desirable.
2. Good German skills and some English knowledge for documentation and training.
3. Strong attention to detail.
