This position reports to

HR Business Partner

Your role and responsibilities

As a core member of the HR team in Measurement & Analytics in Germany (Minden), you will contribute to implementing the HR strategy and supporting a defined employee group. This role requires close collaboration with leaders and internal and external stakeholders to create sustainable value for the company.

• Independent support of a defined employee group in close coordination with leaders, employees, and workers' councils
• Definition of HR priorities to support business strategy
• Promotion of effective communication, employee engagement, and collaboration within the organization
• Execution of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
• Coaching and development of talent to build a high-performing team
• Analysis of HR data to identify and implement appropriate actions

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a similar role
• Change-oriented mindset with coaching and change management experience as a plus
• Ability to prioritize and collaborate within cross-functional teams
• Solution-oriented, cooperative approach with a digital affinity
• Fluent in German (negotiation level) and English
