Responsibilities:

1. Support the HR Department and management on individual labour law matters.
2. Draft official documents and policies for the company and its business units.
3. Oversee and eventually lead compliance management, ensuring adherence to law.
4. Handle complex legal issues across various business areas, especially procurement.
5. Provide comprehensive legal support and consultancy to other departments.
6. Manage claims and disputes, while proactively overseeing the quality and cost of external legal counsel.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified German lawyer with two state exams and first experience in a law firm or legal department, with an affinity for labour law, data protection, and compliance in Germany.
2. Strong communication skills and proficiency in both German and English, for both written and oral negotiations.
3. Experience or interest in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
