LEGAL COUNSEL BUSINESS GROUP LIGHTING (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS

• Review, analysis and drafting of contracts and various legal documents
• Drafting of internal legal memos and providing high-level legal advice and basis for decision to first line manager
• Contractual negotiations of HELLA standards and customer T&C with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Supporting action items and drafting legal documents for M&A and joint ventures
• Recruitment and supervision of external legal advisors
• Interaction with other members of the HELLA and Forvia Group WW legal organization

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in law, potential German qualification (First and Second Staatsexam)
• Minimum of 4 years experience, with a strong focus on contractual and transactional matters, ideally in the automotive industry or in an International Law Firm
• Strong oral and written communication skills both in English and German
• Very good skills for MS Office and legal research sites
• Very good editorial skills, synthesis and assertiveness
• Strong leadership skills in interdisciplinary teams
• Outstanding dynamism and responsiveness
• Curiosity combined with solution orientation & pragmatism
