YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborate closely with international stakeholders to design and deliver learning activities and programs focused on leadership and soft skills.
2. Take a leading role in talent and leadership development efforts, ensuring alignment with the organization’s learning vision and strategy.
3. Manage the analysis, design, and development of learning content and initiatives to meet business needs and objectives.
4. Oversee the International Talent Development Program and selected leadership development programs.
5. Contribute to the creation of learning solutions that support both professional growth and organizational success.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of learning and development programs.

WHAT YOU BRING

1. Master's degree in Business Management, Change Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience in learning and leadership development within large to medium-sized organizations, gained through roles in management consulting, manufacturing, or a combination of both.
3. Strong facilitation skills and a passion for learning and development.
4. Excellent communication skills and expertise in adult learning theory.
5. Key strengths include building rapport across all organizational levels and working in multicultural environments.
6. Excellent English language skills; other languages are a plus.
