Job Description:

You will:

1. Manage the Salesforce instance to ensure data integrity, security, and perform basic audits regularly.
2. Conduct training sessions for Business Owners on new features and assist with rollouts.
3. Present system changes, enhancements, and training sessions to diverse audiences effectively.
4. Help manage and ensure high-quality support via the ticket system, driving resolution and continuous improvement.
5. Develop and enforce best practices for reporting, access models, GDPR compliance, MFA/SSO strategies, and audit controls.
6. Collaborate with Product Management and Developers to optimize governor limits and overall platform scalability.
7. Assist with deployments in a GitHub environment, contributing to continuous integration efforts.
8. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, policies, application configurations, and user guides.
9. Manage operational requests and troubleshoot system, process, and data-related issues, collaborating with diverse business user groups.

Qualifications

You should:

1. Bring 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally with exposure to people management.
2. Have a strong understanding of relational database design concepts and data management principles.
3. Work confidently within agile methodologies and processes to support iterative development.
4. Contribute to Salesforce migration projects, leveraging your prior experience or gaining expertise in this area.
5. Apply your basic understanding of Salesforce integration options to ensure seamless system interoperability.
6. Utilize your expertise in Salesforce coding (e.g., APEX, Java) to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
7. Maintain expert knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring your skills are always up to date.
8. Be proficient with data manipulation tools and uploading techniques, ensuring efficient data management.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve system, process, and data-related issues effectively.
