As the Lead Sales Analytics, you'll be at the helm of a talented team enabling and supporting strategic growth across our B2B revenue streams. Your work will directly influence our growth plan and accelerate the success of 50,000+ business customers and advertisers. You will report to our Head of B2B Operations. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead a high-performing team of analysts and analytical engineers
Define a clear vision, foster innovation, and encourage learning within the team
Align team projects with Kleinanzeigen's priorities and ensure successful project delivery
Strategic Insights with Business Impact
Deliver applicable business insights on B2B performance across all Kleinanzeigen categories, including Real Estate, Jobs, Mobility, Household, Consumer Goods, Electronics, and Services
Oversee and analyze revenue streams across multiple sales channels, focusing on turnover, monetization, pricing strategy, churn, customer experience, and lead management
Transform complex datasets into strategic insights that inform key decisions across the business
Cross-team Collaboration & Project Management
Partner with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product & Tech, Finance, Advertising and Customer Service to align business goals with data-driven outcomes
Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives that support our long-term B2B growth roadmap
Be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting the execution of our business strategy
Data-Driven Transformation
Develop and implement new analytical approaches including predictive modeling and machine learning
Drive automation and tooling projects that improve business intelligence, integration CRM, ERP and platform data
A minimum of 6–8 years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in a leadership position
Strong track record in business intelligence, sales operations, or digital services
Experience with B2B revenue models, e-commerce, or subscription-based services
Expertise in SQL, Tableau, Python, AWS, and data platforms such as Databricks
Solid knowledge of CRM systems, ERP tools
Experience selecting and implementing automation and integration solutions
Fluent German (C1) and English (C1) communication skills
