Your Contribution

• Develop a clear and inspiring product vision and define the long-term strategy that aligns with corporate goals and market needs.

• Conduct comprehensive market analyses and monitor competitors to identify new opportunities and make data-driven decisions that pave the way for groundbreaking product developments in clinical practice.

• Lead and inspire an interdisciplinary team of product managers, product owners, and other professionals, fostering a collaborative company culture and developing talent.

• Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, current trends, and strategic goals, creating an effective and focused product roadmap that secures long-term success.

• Communicate proactively with all stakeholders, conduct regular product reviews, and develop adaptable pricing strategies to increase market share while enhancing profitability. Your engagement is crucial for strengthening our product's market position in the clinical sector and achieving outstanding results.

What You Bring Along:

• Several years of outstanding experience as a Lead Product Manager or in a comparable position in the field of health data, digital health solutions, or health IT, including proven leadership experience in developing and managing interdisciplinary teams to create user-centered products.

• A completed degree, preferably from a prestigious university, in fields such as business informatics, health management, business administration, or a related discipline, which underscores your academic excellence.

• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, enabling you to develop not only high-quality and secure solutions but also to inspire your team to implement best practices in the industry and actively drive transformation in healthcare.

• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to tackle complex challenges and develop creative, value-adding solutions that significantly advance the product portfolio.

• A genuine passion for creative problem-solving, paired with strong analytical abilities and an innovative mindset. Fluency in both German and English is a prerequisite.
