Your tasks

• Leading the IT infrastructure team, introducing advanced automation tools.
• Paving the way for migrating the current self-hosted infrastructure into the cloud.
• Ensuring high-level security and compliance standards are met.
• Responsible for container-based operations, server/client administration, network appliance configuration, and DevOps tasks.

Your profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT and completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Experienced with Linux and skilled in managing operations in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
• Expertise in virtualized infrastructure, especially with Terraform, and familiarity with automation tools like Ansible.
• Knowledgeable about virtualization platforms such as Proxmox and the ZFS file system, with experience in a technical lead role.
• Adept at leading teams in an agile manner, preferably using Scrum, excelling in proactive communication and collaborative teamwork.
• Nice to have: Experience with information security, data privacy, monitoring solutions, programming (Python), and networking would be advantageous.
