Your Responsibilities

1. Oversee and control the responsibilities and activities related to the “Office” function within Core Technology Development (CTD).
2. Act as Subject Matter Expert.
3. Create and promote Core tech Strategy (include DfX, Digital Manufacturing/ Smart Factory, Automation, Core Component Mfg, Material Science).
4. Establish and optimize governance system for value-adding collaboration within CTD and global collaboration with partners in other functions (e.g. ISC, R&D, Procurement).
5. Support related responsibilities for other initiatives (e.g. Network Strategy, M&A).
6. Oversee and steer all global collaboration projects (e.g. through EGM activities).
7. Strengthen communication with various stakeholders and partners.
8. Drive talent development with the goal to increase the ability to work in global constellations.
9. Enhance the transparency and presence of CTD.
10. Scout and assess relevant technologies outside Asia.

Your Qualification

1. Successfully finished degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Ideally 10+ years of relevant technology experience.
3. Experience working as a Senior Technology Manager, Technology Director, or similar position overseeing technology strategy and development.
4. Experience in industries that rely heavily on technology and manufacturing environment.
5. Background in both startups and established companies can be beneficial to understand scaling and innovation.
6. Proven track record of successfully implementing technology strategies, leading large-scale projects, and managing complex technology transformations.
7. Experience managing technology initiatives across multiple locations and working with diverse teams.
8. Exposure to global technology trends and best practices.
