Our client is an e-commerce holding company, and the main brand is a 7-figure maternity fashion brand empowering women through stylish and comfortable maternity wear. They've helped 100,000+ moms and scaled rapidly in just 2 years through viral digital marketing. With a small but mighty team, they’re looking for a creative strategist to help them hit $10M+ in revenue.

Your Mission :

As our Performance Creative Specialist , you'll be responsible for managing the full creative process from scripting to final creative execution. Your goal is to produce high-converting creatives that drive measurable improvements across digital marketing channels.

Key Objectives :

  • Own the full creative process—from scripting to final production—to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Work with our Content Manager to source and manage content for marketing campaigns.
  • Use data to analyze and improve creative performance on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.
  • Research, ideate, and script UGC (User-Generated Content) direct response creatives.
  • Work with the marketing team to brainstorm new creative concepts and ad strategies.
  • Conduct strategic customer and competitor research to optimize creative output.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly creative performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities to scale Meta Ads further through better creative strategies.

Requirements :

  • Direct Response Expertise : 3+ years of experience in performance creative for DTC brands or a creative agency.
  • Data & Analytics : Proficiency in performance analytics tools to present insights and results effectively.
  • UGC Experience : Proven track record of creating briefs for UGC creators to produce high-converting content for paid channels.
  • Creative & Analytical Mindset : Strong ability to generate fresh ad ideas, write compelling scripts, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work Ethic : You thrive in a high-energy environment and have no issue working overtime or weekends when needed.
  • Basic Copywriting Skills : Ability to apply psychology-based principles in ad copy.

Accountabilities :

  • Brainstorm and pitch weekly ad ideas aligned with direct response principles.
  • Write 8-12 high-converting ad scripts per week for Meta platforms.
  • Develop new static ad concepts weekly.
  • Analyze performance metrics to extract actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with editors and designers to create visually compelling, high-performing ads.
  • Adapt ad strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and consumer behaviors.
  • Present performance analyses and creative strategies to the marketing team.
  • Continuously refine and iterate on winning ads to maximize ROI.
