Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to plan, actively develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality software in alignment with business priorities within a full-stack development framework.
• While maintaining this focus, you will primarily engage in server-side Java development, which constitutes approximately 80% of all tasks.
• Work closely with the product owner, business stakeholders, internal customers, and adjacent development teams involved in the game's production.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to both senior and junior software engineers.
• Establish quality standards and implement mechanisms and processes to enhance team efficiency.
• Make architectural decisions and select optimal tools to cover business needs.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in both backend and frontend development, with a primary focus on Java backend and 2+ years of leading and mentoring a team of software developers.
• Practical knowledge of agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with a broad technical stack, including PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, ELK Stack.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
