Job Description:

What you are responsible for:

1. Lead our key Digital Technology growth and efficiency programs in Energy Markets/Trading, driving cross-regional and cross-functional digitization to transform E.ON into a digital-first energy company.
2. Manage end-to-end delivery of large and complex solution programs, ensuring successful go-live and operation.
3. Engage with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for the program.
4. Accountable for project governance, managing dependencies, risks, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
5. Play a leading role in building our Expert Services practice in Germany, focusing on people and business development, capability building, and recruiting.
6. Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring our offers to address their challenges.

What you are good at:

1. Extensive experience leading complex digital technology programs, including project management, design, development, testing, rollout, and operations.
2. Strong consulting skills, from strategic thinking to problem-solving, effective communication, customer orientation, and organization.
3. Broad technology knowledge and expertise in areas such as Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, Rollout & Industrialization.
4. Experience leading delivery teams across multiple locations and vendors, managing external partners in dynamic environments.
5. Experience in building and running a practice, including capability and people development.
6. University degree in Business, IT, or related field.
7. Fluent in English and very good German language skills.
8. Ideally, knowledge of the energy sector and grid business.
