Lead Business Analyst (m/f/d)

The role of Business Continuity Project Manager is responsible for collection, design and management of IT changes in line with business goals and helping to build the bridge between the Business and IT.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyse efficiency and make recommendations, understanding the needs of business and the organization as a whole
• Consider opportunities and risks related to changes, determine return on investment
• Determine and document user requirements, write specifications
• Design IT solutions together with architects and applications owners
• Develop business cases to drive digital solutions for business value.
• Establish deliverables within business
• Partner with business stakeholders to jointly steer business development with a valuable IT acumen.
• Develop and maintain an aligned functional roadmap.
• Responsible for analysing business needs and creating suggestions for operational improvements and changes
• Support planning cost and time requirements in projects
• Support quality assurance for changes (comprehensive test cases)
• Responsible for designing technical solutions in line with architectural standards
• Support the continuous development of the IT architecture
• Co-Define standards and guidelines for information technology
• Leading a certain capability, incl. developing & setting standards
• Guiding and training less experienced colleagues
