Your Job:

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
• Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency

Your profile:

• Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL, Python
• Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
• Experience working in agile environments using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented and problem-solving approach
• Project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are a plus
• German C1 is mandatory
