YOUR ROLE

• As part of our Regional Application Engineering Team, adhesive and sealant Industrials, you will be responsible for customer-facing technical support, as well as supporting customer/market applications and engineering projects.
• You will be responsible for managing customer technical requests, product recommendations, customized product applications, new product demonstrations, and troubleshooting for customers.
• You will conduct trials, training, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• You will realize lab tests and write detailed technical reports for customers.
• You will contribute to developing innovative solutions.
• You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing, develop expertise, and drive regular knowledge sharing, e.g., with laboratory demonstrations and training.
