Key responsibilities

Within shipping and logistics pro-active communication and information flow towards our customers is the key in ensuring transparency end-to-end.

1. As our LCL (less than container load) delivery team associate, you will be responsible for a smooth end to end shipment process.
2. You will monitor all outgoing cargo for your customers, answering customer requests via email, by phone or chat.
3. Be the first point of contact for our customers which makes you the face (or voice) of the company.
4. You like to go the extra mile to make our customers happy and build strong relationships with them.
5. Finding out-of-the box solutions that improve the supply chain of your customers.

Your profile

1. You have experience within the shipping and logistics industry (especially Export business) and Incoterms don’t scare you.
2. You are open to change and drive customer improvement initiatives.
3. You have an interest in digitalization and shaping the digital future of customer service.
4. You can think out of the box to find solutions.
5. You are motivated to help grow the level of customer service.
6. You are an empathetic person who is an excellent communicator, relating well to all kinds of people.
7. You are fluent in German and English.
