Laravel Enthusiast / PHP Engineer (Full or Part-Time) [gn]
As a software engineer at LUMASERV, you'll collaborate with our skilled product managers, developers, and architects on customer projects that serve millions of users daily.

Your responsibilities will include drafting APIs and further developing the implementations for our numerous Laravel-based customer projects. We utilize technologies such as Laravel, VueJS, Livewire, PrimeVue, and Bootstrap in these projects.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of concepts using modern web frameworks
- Writing and maintaining automated software tests
- Conceptualization of APIs, middleware, and interoperable systems
- Maintenance of the codebase (refactoring, cleanup, etc.)
- Reviewing changes made by other developers
- Implement clean-coding standards and domain-driven design patterns
- Enthusiasm and comprehension of Laravel's simplicity and lightweight design
- Likes working closely with the customer and in small teams
- Leadership qualities / high sense of responsibility
- Motivation in shaping and building a growing cloud and software company
- Motivated to learn more about cloud technologies

Minimum Requirements
- Professional experience in backend development using modern web technologies
- Proficiency in PHP or Java
- Experience with modern web frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, Slim, Spring
- Familiarity with working with HTTP REST/RPC interfaces and understanding of common documentation formats (Swagger/OpenAPI)
- Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and agile workflows (Kanban, SCRUM)
- Optional: Software architecture and domain-driven design
