Summary
This position is an experienced professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Labor and Employee Relations who administers labor and employment relations programs, guides the development of documents in support of labor and employee relations matters, represents the organization in grievance procedures, and manages projects focused on labor and employee relations initiatives.
The role is not limited to the above description but will encompass all adjacent activities linked to the labour and employee relations function, the job holder will have the opportunity to ‘co-create’ the function in alignment with the global LR Leadership and the HR global leader.
