Job Title : Customer Support / Technical Support Agent (German Speaking)

Location : Greece / Spain / Portugal

Job Overview : As a Customer Support / Technical Support Agent you will be the first point of contact for the customers providing them with unparalleled service and technical assistance. Your expertise will help resolve issues answer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (email, phone, chat).
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and offer timely solutions.
  3. Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  4. Document customer interactions and manage support tickets effectively.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and address feedback.
  6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  7. Participate in training sessions and ongoing development programs.

Requirements :

  1. Language Proficiency: Fluency in German at C2 level and English at B2/C1 level.
  2. Previous customer service experience in technical support, sales, or related fields is preferred.
  3. Junior candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience are welcome.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
