Define and execute global / regional / local maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) account strategy, including annual revenue plan and target plan
Translate customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint MRO innovation roadmap
Develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
Execute and develop strategies for product / technology positioning and define training and promotional needs with Marketing
Identify market dynamics, developments/product/service expectations and translate them into business growth opportunities around MRO Aerospace
Build relevant customer / market relationships and attend and support relevant events, exhibitions, trade fairs and interactions with the governments in the region
Steer and support internal resources to execute account strategy
Be responsible for timely and accurate administrative tasks supporting account strategy including sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.
