Junior Web Developer with focus on WordPress (m/f/d)

As a web developer at Adenion, you will support the development team in the further development, maintenance, and subsequent optimization of the WordPress plugin Blog2Social.

Blog2Social is a social media app that is used as a WordPress plugin by over 70,000 users worldwide.

Your tasks

• You develop sophisticated features for our customers for our WordPress plugin Blog2Social in the front and back end.
• As part of our agile development team, you will continuously optimize the performance, maintainability, and quality of our WordPress plugin Blog2Social.
• You carry out code reviews of the software programmed in the team to ensure quality.
• You support project management in the conception of web projects.
• You always keep up to date with new frameworks, tools, and libraries.

Your profile

• You have completed an apprenticeship or degree in computer science or are a career changer with programming experience.
• You have knowledge of modern software development (e.g. object orientation).
• You have knowledge of programming and scripting languages (e.g. PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS).
• You have a structured and sustainable way of working with a high level of quality awareness.
• You are characterized by sociability and strong communication skills as well as an independent way of working.
