We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture Team in growing BEAT81 and revolutionizing the fitness industry! This is a perfect opportunity to have real impact and do full cycle recruitment in collaboration with amazing stakeholders.

You will:

• Do end-to-end recruitment for a variety of interesting roles ranging from Tech, Marketing, Operations and many more challenging yet exciting roles.

• Perform sourcing, screening calls, interview coordination and business partnering with our Hiring Managers.

• Ensure every candidate has a positive experience and enjoys getting to know BEAT81 regardless of the outcome.

• Drive interesting projects to build and optimize processes within the Talent Acquisition function and beyond.

• Track recruitment KPIs and derive meaningful insights.

• Be BEAT81 brand ambassador both day-to-day, as well as represent us on meet-ups, conferences and similar events.

You have:

• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or with an external agency.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn.

• Prior experience working with ATS (Greenhouse is a plus, but not required).

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• German language skills are considered an asset.
