Junior Retail Supervisor

Would you like to join our Max Mara Team as Junior Retail Supervisor?

The Junior Retail Supervisor ensures the achievement of quantitative (budget, revenue, profitability) and qualitative (Brand image) goals, in alignment with Brand guidelines and company standards.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Steering of all regional sales teams regarding the implementation of budget and targets at the POS in Germany and Austria.
• Ensuring quantitative (budget, turnover, profitability) and qualitative (brand image) targets are met in line with guidelines and company standards.
• Analysis of all stores with regard to key business figures.
• Creation of plans to increase the short-term success of the company and to align it with the long-term corporate strategy.
• Support and guidance during the roll-out of retail projects.
• Improvement of store performance through targeted guidance of employees and ensuring the service philosophy towards our customers.
• Responsibility for the implementation of and compliance with visual merchandising standards.
• Responsibility for employees (selection and development).
