What to expect
Premier Inn is Germany's fastest growing hotel chain with over 50 hotels in 30 locations. We focus on a sustainable growth strategy and attach great importance to the quality and efficiency of our construction projects. With a clear focus on planning and cost certainty, we are actively shaping the hotel industry. As a Junior DD, Construction & Cost Manager (m/f/d), you can play a key role in the due diligence in the acquisition process of our projects as well as the preparation and cost control of our construction projects. You are therefore an important interface to ensure our standards in cooperation with our internal and external partners.
- Coordination of external partners for due diligence (TDD) and work preparation: You work closely with external service providers to ensure risk and cost-optimised preparation of all construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with cost, quality and schedule targets: Supporting the monitoring and optimisation of project budgets, deadlines and quality standards.
- Checking permits and conditions: Ensuring that all necessary demolition and building permits have been obtained and that the relevant conditions are implemented.
- Construction quality control: Ensure that the construction work meets the planned specifications and fulfils Premier Inn standards.
- Cost management and control: Monitor the cost controlling tool and maintain weekly budget reports to maintain financial overview.
- Preparation and management of project reports: Preparation of monthly status reports and quarterly reporting to management.
What defines you
- Experience: Successfully completed studies in civil engineering and experience especially in the field of construction, due diligence and construction preparation are desirable.
- Knowledge and skills: Business fluent in German and English, strong knowledge of MS Office and experience in coordinating external service providers.
- Soft Skills: Proactive approach, hands-on mentality and the ability to contribute to excellent results both under pressure and in teamwork.
