We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to provide technical support and drive the development of our product photography standards across Europe. This role involves troubleshooting, project management, and collaboration to enhance our industry-leading photo solutions.

Your new Role

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for all product photography-related issues, including both hardware and software, across our European locations.
• Ensure and continuously improve photo quality standards in close collaboration with our team, while overseeing their implementation across all markets.
• Monitor project performance using defined KPIs, creating reports, guidelines, and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage and execute maintenance tasks, ensuring completion in line with quality standards.
• Work closely with the teams to enhance our vehicle photo booths and automation-optimized photography software.

Your Skills

• Hands-on experience in photography, with a strong willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail.
• Solid technical understanding and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new concepts.
• Strong organizational skills, an independent and structured approach to work, and a high level of motivation to drive improvements in our photo and imperfection standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in G Suite/Microsoft Office; experience with Apple/Mac systems would be highly beneficial.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French; additional languages such as Spanish or German would be a plus.
