Junior Product Owner / Junior IT Business Analyst (m / f /

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, natural sciences or business administration; logistics experience gained during your studies in project management and/or as a business analyst is an advantage
• Knowledge and first experience in SCRUM and AGILE welcome
• Very good written and verbal communication skills (German & English)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer
• Work cross-functionally to gather responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities
• Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development
• Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance
• Analyze, design and specify in detail business logic, business processes and IT requirements for the Rail-Flow Ecosystem and its modules
• Derive user stories from processes and features
• Authorized to accept and approve implemented user stories
• Create test concepts and support in quality assurance
