Serving sectors such as electrical, automotive, and industrial, they offer high-quality semi-finished materials that meet industry standards. To support their expansion in Germany, they are seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth, manage key accounts, and oversee market development.
About the role: About the Mission:
The Sales Representative will play a key role in developing the company’s presence in the German market. This position is perfect for a driven sales leader with the potential for future team coordination responsibilities. The successful candidate will lead the sales strategy, manage high-value accounts, and cultivate long-term partnerships with key clients across the region.
Main Tasks:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive market growth and expand the company’s footprint within Germany.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across target industries, including the electrical, automotive, and industrial sectors.
- Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline, converting leads into lasting client partnerships.
- Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits of the company’s products.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to meet sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, timely delivery, and high-quality customer service.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, strengthening brand visibility and fostering a professional network.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in regional sales management, preferably within the industrial sector, with a strong focus on non-ferrous metals or materials relevant to electrical and automotive applications.
- Deep understanding of the automotive, electronics, or springs industries is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of driving strategic growth initiatives.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Fluency in German and English.
