(Junior) Process Architect - Employee Lifecycle Management Competence Center

Tasks

  • Defining global end-to-end processes, tools, infrastructure (incl. IT systems), service provider strategies, and operating models.
  • Managing IT demand by translating process changes into IT requirements, conducting analysis, and developing business concepts, while supporting IT tool harmonization.
  • Defining and implementing roadmaps for development, optimization and harmonization (to migrate from AS-Is to the improved To-Be environment).
  • Defining roles and qualifications within the process as well as process trainings.
  • Defining and monitoring global end-to-end process performance indicators and its improvement plans.
  • Ensuring documentation of group wide processes.
  • Securing compliance of process with corporate and public authority requirements.
  • Managing process risks and developing risk minimizing measures.
  • Securing the successful communication and cooperation of all stakeholders.
  • Involvement in budget planning and other commercial aspects.
  • Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors.

Requirements

  • University diploma or equivalent.
  • Practical knowledge of operations.
  • Knowledge about Group Company’s business.
  • VIVA and other HR related systems experience.
  • Very good command of German and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (self-confidence and convincing skills).
  • High process and project management skills.
  • Strong coordination and co-operation skills.
  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work.
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset.
