Job Description- Providing fast, reliable and quality service to our riders by answering their questions about our back office process such as contracts, shifts, or paychecks.
- Being the voice of the drivers, ensuring that you share their day-to-day work experiences with other departments in our company and drive process improvements.
- Leading and participating in projects aimed at improving the way the people services team works.
Qualifications- Ideally, you have had some experience in customer service and/or other customer-facing jobs.
- You've worked in a delivery job before or have a good understanding of what it takes to be a courier driver.
- You have experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk or Intercom.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are organized, detail-oriented and not afraid to take on new tasks.
- You are fluent in English (German is a big plus!).
