Your role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Manager to support our marketing strategy, brand growth, and sales enablement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our B2B marketing efforts as we continue to expand in the quantum computing industry.
Your responsibilities
- Content Creation & Communication: Assist Marketing Manager in creating compelling content for a sophisticated B2B technical audience, including newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and website copy, to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize CRM workflows (Hubspot) and ensure targeted and effective distribution of newsletters and email campaigns.
- Brand Management: Coordinate with external agencies to refine and enhance the corporate identity and brand positioning, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and target markets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Project Coordination: Support the execution of various marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Operational Support: Provide operational assistance to the Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing tasks and initiatives, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution.
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship or studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or comparable qualifications.
- First experience in a marketing role in a Deep Tech or startup environment, focusing on B2B technical audiences (mainly Scientists, Tech-Leads, Investors).
- Experience in CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot) and their application in marketing workflows.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) for creating and managing web content.
- Experience in image editing tools (e.g. Photoshop or Lightroom) is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- True startup mindset; hands-on, driven, resilient. As we are a young venture, we all must wear different hats and contribute to different aspects of the business.
- Excellent command of English is necessary, and German is a big plus.
